EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at deoxdeercontact@gmail.com or on Instagram to request a replacement authorization within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our customer support will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the replacement, including the return address and any necessary forms.

Pack the item delivered securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization form.

Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs

If the product is defective or damaged only in that condition product will be replaced without any additional charges.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges of Rs.200 apply.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer support to request a cancellation.
